The main points of the meeting were:

i.  The introduction of the leader and of each partner;

ii. The formal appointment of the Project Management Team (PMT); approval of the Quality and Evaluation plan and appointment of QCMT.

iii. The approval of the work plan and discussion/definition of methodologies to be followed in all project activities and PRs.

iv. Discussion of the project website beta version and project graphical image (logo, leaflets etc.);

v. Discussion about the development of Entrepreneurial Skills framework (PR1);

vi. Communication & Dissemination Plan was presented and agreed between partners.

vii. Financial and reporting rules were discussed together with additional management and implementation activities that will support the successful realization of the entire project and its activities.
